Build on the work you have already made. MagnutAI’s creative projects and generation history help you revisit outputs, download selected assets and develop a new variation from a useful starting point.

## Make the next version easier to start

A strong visual direction often has a life beyond one post. You may need a new aspect ratio, a seasonal variation or a revised headline. Keeping the prompt, reference and approved output discoverable makes those changes easier to explain.

MagnutAI includes project and history workflows across its creative tools, with viewing, downloading and remix paths. The available actions can differ by tool and asset type, so use the controls attached to the item you are revisiting.

## Organize around a decision, not only a file name

| | Record | Why it helps

 | Brand and project | Keeps the asset in the right context.

 | Creative purpose | Explains whether it is a hero, detail, offer or educational visual.

 | Reference and prompt | Preserves the original direction for later revisions.

 | Status | Distinguishes an exploration from an approved export.

 | Version difference | Explains what changed and why.

## Example: adapt a launch visual after an offer changes

An illustrative product launch might begin with a neutral hero image and later need a seasonal scene. Revisit the original direction, preserve the accurate product reference and change the environment deliberately. Keep the earlier approved export so the team can compare the results.

If the offer changes, review any words embedded in the image as well as the caption. A visual saved in history can still contain an expired date or an old product detail. Reuse should always include a fresh factual review.

## Use remix to explore a specific change

Name the variable before generating: composition, background, lighting or format. If the goal is a minor factual correction, first check whether the [editing workflow](https://try.magnutai.com/features/design-editor/) is appropriate. A full regeneration may introduce changes you did not intend.

Do not treat every generated output as a finished asset. Keep exploratory versions separate in your team’s naming and review process so someone downloading a file later can identify the approved choice.

## Preserve the final export outside the generation preview

Open the downloaded file and confirm its dimensions, crop, text and playback where relevant. Save the export with the campaign brief or production records your team uses. A preview is useful for selection, but the exported asset is what your audience will encounter.

For a repeated layout, use [saved creative templates](https://try.magnutai.com/features/creative-templates/). For a wider team process, connect the asset to [campaign review](https://try.magnutai.com/features/campaign-review/) before moving it into the publishing workflow.

## Questions

### Can I revisit past generations?

The product includes generation history and project workflows. Available actions vary by tool and asset.

### Does a saved asset mean it is approved?

No. Your team should keep approval status clear and review reused assets for changed facts or offers.
