Scheduling gives approved content a time and destination. MagnutAI’s publishing workflow brings the calendar and connected-account context together, while your team stays responsible for the final review.

## Keep draft, approved and published separate

A draft is a proposal. An approved post has passed the agreed review. A scheduled post is waiting for delivery. A published post has a live outcome you can verify. Keeping these states distinct helps a team avoid mistaking a calendar entry for a successful publication.

The publishing workflow includes scheduling and account-connection interfaces. Supported publishing behavior depends on the network, account type, permissions and content format. Do not assume that an integration logo means every publishing action is supported.

## Check the destination as carefully as the creative

Confirm the brand workspace and the intended connected profile.

Read the scheduled date and timezone, especially around seasonal clock changes.

Check the platform format, caption, mentions, links and crop.

Ensure account authorization is still valid.

After delivery, open the native post and verify the result.

## Plan for an exception

For an illustrative campaign, a launch post may be approved on Tuesday for Thursday morning. If the release moves, the owner should pause or revise the scheduled item and confirm the change. Updating a project document alone does not necessarily change the queue.

If delivery fails, inspect the reported state before submitting again. A timeout can leave uncertainty about whether the network accepted the post. Check the native account to avoid a duplicate. This is an operational review practice, not a claim about any fixed retry behavior.

## Connect scheduling to the rest of the workflow

Use the [approval workflow guide](https://try.magnutai.com/learn/social-media-approval-workflow/) to decide who can approve a post. The [downloadable calendar](https://try.magnutai.com/templates/social-media-content-calendar/) includes owner and review fields so those decisions are visible before anything is scheduled.

Check current channel and plan details on the [MagnutAI product site](https://www.magnutai.com/). This content site does not connect to your accounts or publish on your behalf.

## Questions

### Will the template publish my posts?

No. The template is a planning aid. Actual publishing happens in MagnutAI or your chosen platform after account setup and approval.

### Does scheduling guarantee a post will go live?

No. Platform availability, authorization, account restrictions and content requirements can affect delivery. Verify the publication result.
