Make the design carry the explanation
Choose a template that gives your content enough room. A comparison needs clear labels; a process needs a visible sequence; a short quotation needs a different hierarchy. Keep a consistent type scale and use color to distinguish roles rather than assigning a new style to every slide.
When using brand colors, check the contrast of the actual text and background combination. A brand palette can be recognizable and still produce unreadable small text. Shorten crowded copy before shrinking the font. Keep important material away from edges where a preview may crop it.
Adapt the sequence for the audience
An Instagram carousel might open with an everyday problem and use concise visual explanations. A LinkedIn audience may need more professional context and a specific takeaway. Adapt the language and examples to that audience rather than simply exporting the same slide deck under a different caption.
