A good brief prevents avoidable rework
The brief is a shared agreement about what the campaign should do. It should be specific enough that a creator can start and a reviewer can judge the output. If it still says “everyone” for the audience or “go viral” for the objective, make those choices more concrete.
This builder assembles your own inputs into a structured text document. It does not generate strategy with AI or validate your sources. Keep any confidential business information out of screenshots or documents you later share publicly.
Define an outcome you can recognize
| Instead of | Write something more specific |
|---|---|
| Target everyone | Target first-time buyers comparing two product sizes |
| Raise awareness | Help buyers understand the refill process |
| Sound premium | Use short factual sentences and one practical benefit |
| Use proof | Reference the approved specification and current offer page |
Use the brief during review
Ask whether the asset serves the intended audience and message. Check every claim against the source field and make sure the call to action matches the actual destination. An attractive draft that answers a different question still needs revision.
Use the approval workflow checklist to agree who signs off the exact version. If the offer changes, update the brief and return affected content to review.
