Brand context

Give every campaign the same brand starting point.

A brand kit turns scattered brand details into a reusable starting point. MagnutAI’s Brand Kit workflow gathers business and visual context so you can guide campaigns with the same voice and identity.

Start with source material, then verify it

Use your website and available brand references to establish what the business sells, who it serves and how it should sound. Review the extracted context before relying on it: a homepage might contain an old offer, a seasonal color or copy that does not represent your everyday voice.

A useful kit pairs visual details with explicit messaging rules. “Friendly” is not enough on its own. Include an approved sentence, a sentence you would reject, your preferred vocabulary and claims that need evidence.

What belongs in a useful brand kit?

ElementIncludeCheck before reuse
IdentityName, logo, colors and typographyCorrect logo version and accessible color pairing
VoiceSentence examples, tone and vocabularySpecific guidance rather than generic adjectives
AudienceBuyer needs, objections and contextOne clear audience for each campaign
FactsProduct details, offer terms and approved claimsSource and date for information that changes

A worked example: a reusable bottle brand

For an illustrative bottle brand, “practical and encouraging” becomes a concrete instruction: explain one everyday use, use short sentences and avoid guilt-based language. A reusable visual rule might be a neutral background with the product label fully visible.

The kit should also state what the AI must not invent: material certifications, temperature-retention claims, customer reviews or stock availability. Brand context improves direction; it cannot validate a claim without a reliable source.

Keep the kit useful after launch

Assign someone to maintain the profile when products, offers or positioning change. Before a seasonal campaign, confirm which elements stay fixed and which can vary. Keep local-market language choices in the campaign brief rather than silently changing the voice for every future campaign.

Use the campaign brief builder to turn those rules into a short working brief, then follow the brand voice guide for a deeper review method.

Bring the context into more than campaign copy

Brand direction can guide a standalone image, a reusable template, a product scene or a carousel. Choose the intended brand before starting the creative request. Keep the palette and visual identity consistent while adapting the composition to the format.

For an agency, record which logo version and product references are approved for each client. A shared production process should not mix those assets between brands. Use workspace permissions and a simple naming convention to make the context visible to collaborators.

A few useful answers

Before you get started.

Does a brand kit guarantee perfect AI output?

No. It supplies context, but generated text and images still need human review for facts, voice, visual details and rights.

Can I manage different brands?

MagnutAI includes separate brand and workspace workflows. Check your current plan for limits and access controls.
