Free content planner

Find the next question worth answering.

Turn your audience, product and customer questions into a practical content plan. This local planner suggests angles, formats and research tasks; it does not claim live search volume or analyze private competitor data.

A useful idea starts with a useful question

Build your content plan

Choose your audience and topic. Add the questions you hear most often.

Start with the audience and a real question

Describe who the content is for and the product or service you want to explain. Add the questions customers actually ask, one per line. The planner uses those inputs and a selected goal to assemble a set of content briefs.

The result is a starting point for research and writing. Suggested query phrases are hypotheses about wording, not measured search demand. Use real search results and your own Search Console data after launch to decide which topics deserve priority.

What your plan includes

OutputHow to use it
Topic and questionDecide whether you have a useful answer to contribute.
Suggested search phrasesResearch the wording and intent before choosing a primary query.
Content formatChoose a guide, checklist, comparison or product explanation.
Suggested outlineOrganize the answer around a reader’s decision.
Evidence neededGather product facts, examples or original observations before drafting.
Internal-link opportunityConnect the new piece to a relevant existing resource.

Prioritize substance over page count

If an existing page already answers the question, improve that page instead of creating a near-duplicate. A new URL should serve a distinct need and provide enough original value to stand on its own. Similar phrases often belong in one useful article.

Choose one brief you can support well. Add a concrete example, a useful explanation and the limitations a reader needs. Do not generate a large set of interchangeable articles simply because the planner can suggest multiple angles.

Make something people can reference

A clear checklist, a reusable worksheet or an original analysis can be useful to another writer or community. Make the resource accessible and easy to cite. The value should be the answer or tool itself, not a requirement that someone link back to you.

Earned backlinks depend on other people choosing to reference the work. This planner does not create backlinks, send outreach or promise authority. Share a finished resource where it is relevant and follow the community’s contribution rules.

Your inputs stay in this browser

This planner runs locally using predefined editorial patterns. It does not call an AI model, fetch keyword data, save your inputs to a server or publish anything. Download the plan as JSON if you want to keep it.

AI image creation and account-based marketing workflows are available on the main MagnutAI product site. This free resource helps you organize the content work that comes before production.

A useful next step

  • Choose the brief that answers a specific audience need.
  • Check whether a current page already covers it.
  • Gather the facts and examples identified in the plan.
  • Write and review the content before making a new page public.
  • Link it from the most relevant guide or feature page.
  • Review actual impressions and reader behavior after publication.
A few useful answers

Before you get started.

Are the suggested keywords measured search data?

No. They are wording hypotheses generated from your inputs and editorial patterns. Research them before using them as priorities.

Is this an AI insight generator?

It is a local content-planning tool. It produces structured suggestions without an AI model or a live analytics connection.

Does it automatically publish blogs or build backlinks?

No. It creates a downloadable plan. Publishing and outreach require separate editorial decisions.
