Multi-Brand Workspaces & Team Permissions

Keep the right people connected to the right brand. MagnutAI workspaces organize collaboration and permissions around the content your team is responsible for.

Create a clear boundary around each team’s work

An agency may work with several clients, while an internal marketing department may support several brands. In both cases, the team needs to know which brand context, assets and accounts belong to the current task. A workspace provides a place to organize that responsibility.

MagnutAI’s documented permission model includes Viewer, Creator, Manager, Admin and Owner roles. These roles have different levels of access. Product plan allowances are a separate question from role permissions, so check both before designing a client or team workflow.

Assign access according to the work

RoleTypical responsibility
ViewerRead the work that has been shared within the workspace.
CreatorContribute to creative production and content work.
ManagerCoordinate planning and higher-level workflow actions.
AdminHelp administer members and workspace access.
OwnerMaintain overall ownership and the most privileged decisions.

This is a role overview, not a promise that every button is available to every role on every plan. Verify the actual permissions with a representative account before introducing the workflow to a client.

Example: an agency production handoff

An illustrative agency can keep a client’s approved references and message rules with that brand’s work. A creator develops the asset, a manager checks it against the brief and a client receives a scoped campaign-review link. The person managing the workspace remains responsible for membership and access.

Before starting a second client’s work, confirm the selected workspace and brand. Similar product names or reusable templates can make a context mistake easy to miss. A simple naming convention helps the team recognize the destination before generating or scheduling content.

Standardize the process without flattening the brand

Use a repeatable brief, file naming approach and review checklist across clients. Keep the voice, product facts, identity and claims specific to each brand. Standardization is most useful in the process around the work, not in making every brand sound the same.

See the agency workflow for onboarding and handoffs, and the brand kit page for the context that should travel with each brand’s content. Current workspace limits belong on the live pricing page.

A few useful answers

Before you get started.

Are workspace roles the same as review-link roles?

No. Workspace membership controls broader product access. Review-link permissions control a shared campaign review.

Can I manage more than one brand?

The product includes multi-brand and workspace workflows. Confirm the current plan allowance and access behavior in your account.
