For agencies

Keep every client’s context in the right place.

Agency work becomes harder when a new client means another disconnected set of briefs, assets and approvals. A shared process with separate brand context helps the team keep track of what belongs where.

Standardize the process, preserve the brand

Use the same brief structure for each client while keeping the actual voice, product facts and visual rules separate. A good onboarding package includes the approved brand references, account owner, reviewer, allowed claims and escalation contact.

MagnutAI includes brand profiles and workspace roles. That can support multi-brand production, but your team should still validate permissions with a test account before inviting clients or external collaborators.

Keep feedback attached to a decision

“Make it pop” does not tell the creator what to change. Ask the reviewer to identify the problem: wrong offer emphasis, unclear hierarchy, inaccurate product detail or a tone that does not fit. Assign an owner and decide whether a revision needs a fresh approval.

Set a deadline for feedback and an explicit escalation route. If the deadline passes, keep the post in review unless the client has agreed to another process. Silence is not a reliable approval state.

Pilot with one real workflow

Start with a representative client and a small campaign. Check how long the handoffs take, how many revisions are needed and whether the correct account receives the approved version. Treat these as your own pilot measurements, not generic software promises.

Use the brief builder and review checklist as starting points. Current workspace and plan limits belong on the main product site.

A few useful answers

Before you get started.

Can this replace client communication entirely?

No. A documented workflow helps, but relationship management, scope changes and strategic decisions still need direct communication.

Should every client share one brand kit?

No. Reuse the structure of the brief, not one client’s facts, tone, assets or connected accounts.
